I have 2 fireplace TVs (one is a gen 1 and the other is a 4k box) and two Fire Flixy Stick official units and this occurs on all of them. Tablo app I'll get a display that says that the device has changed addresses. If i return to the guide/recorded display and then back into the present it continues to function. There is totally no approach that the Tablo is altering IP addresses as I've it set as a static IP within the router. Also, the Tablo and the 4k hearth Tv are hard wire into the community so I do know it's not a WAN problem. I also have a difficulty with the app simply freezing throughout a show. I have to go all the way out and power stop the app to get it working right again. This also occurs with the hard wire Fire Tv however not as often.
