If you’re confident your credentials are correct and the sign-in still fails, proceed to the next step for deeper inspection of license status and subscription details.
The toggle just turns back off and the app does nothing different.
To add the account using advanced settings, see Add an account using advanced setup.
Removing and re-adding the account using the standard Sign In method will resolve this error.
I’ve tried to set cache mode from 1 year all the way down to a few days.
